After a sell-out first year, BOUNDLESS is returning Friday 18-Sunday 20 July 2025! This is a community weekend for queer people of all genders, who are drawn to the eroticism and imaginary of Leather, whether you already call a Leather community your home, or are just starting out on your kink journey.
Perhaps ‘Leather’ evokes in you fantasies and longing for leather clad S&M and radical sexuality, bootblacking and boot worship, cruising, cigar play, community, heartfelt values, ritual and traditions, or something else entirely.

Experience kink community, and leather learning
Boundless is a weekend that flags iconic aspects of Leather cultures – bootblacking, cigars, cruising, dungeon play. The weekend begins on Friday afternoon with a leather crafting workshop, cigar and boots social, play party and of course the BOUNDLESS wrestling tournament! On Saturday, there will be a full day of workshops to choose from and a bootblack challenge, topped off by a play party in the evening. Reconnect with friends and playpartners at Sunday brunch, before hot facilitated play options – including Pine’s Sunday School – or going onto the BBB in Birmingham!
Friday 18 July
LEATHER CRAFT WORKSHOP

For those who want to start the weekend early…Join us on a visit to a local leather museum and make a leather mask.
CIGAR & BOOTS SOCIAL

Wear your hottest leather, meet people and cruise ahead of Saturday’s workshops and play party. Flagging is encouraged and our Bootblacks, Wookie & Seadog, are on duty in the outdoor area for cigars.
Queer Wrestling

What better way to flirt or make friends than wrestling someone into submission or for dominance? Enjoy the MMA fight ring and wrestle for pure pleasure and exuberance or enter the Boundless tournament at 21:30.
PREDATOR/PREY HIDE & SEEK

Choose to be predator or prey! Predators seek out their prey, and when they catch them, they make an offer. The prey then gets to decide: accept a consequence or give up a ribbon to escape. Consent and choice are at the heart of the chase.
Dungeon SPACE

Enjoy the fully furnished dungeon with a prison cell or our medical room if you’re seduced by sharp things. Start the weekend in the way you plan to continue, with the first of three play opportunities.
Saturday Workshops
Saturday is jam packed with workshops. Three workshops will be running concurrently in three streams – here are the details of the entire programme:
Workshop Stream 1: 10:30-12:00
Gamification and Kink with BEST_IN_SHOW & HATHOR
From the excitement of a dice roll to the humiliation of a wrong move to the justification of a scoreboard we will talk you through how to create BDSM narratives with games.
Games and kink are closely related. We will discuss how you can use a variety of games, puzzles, gaming mechanics and play with luck to enhance your dynamics.
Best in Show and Hathor will explore the mechanics to create gaming scenarios in BDSM play and show how these can be used to make a variety of headspaces.
Flogging Fundamentals with BIGBOYJOE & WOOKIE
This workshop explores the kink of consensual flogging, covering: history, consent & negotiation, types of floggers (and similar instruments), safety and strike zones, techniques and rhythms as well as other activities and sensory play connected to flogging during a scene. We will also cover aspects of aftercare including the more physical impacts of flogging (pun intended).
Attendee requirements: the workshop will give you hands on practice either with your partner(s) or with the presenter(s) depending on your comfort level. This is not mandatory, but encouraged to get the most out of the workshop.

Queer Family Values, Leather Bonds -with PARKER, PINE & SIXX
Together we will explore how we can build queer Leather families and houses rooted in care, consent, and chosen kinship. This workshop invites reflection on what it means to form intentional Leather houses that honour our histories while meeting the needs of the present and making space for people to change; that challenge the ways that Leather culture can reflect misogyny, racism, classism and ableism. Together, we’ll unpack what we hunger for, the fantasies that get us hot, and how to nurture healthy, resilient bonds in the 21st century.
Workshop Stream 2: 13:30-15:00
Ichinawa with SEVEN
Ichi, meaning one. Nawa, meaning rope. The idea behind ichinawa is a step away from complexity and distraction, not using patterns, just two people, and one length of rope.
Ichinawa ties start with an anchor, typically around a limb. And from there, we bind. We can go fast, slow, make it emotional or distant, it can be painful or blissful or maybe both, but the flow and the connection are the important thing.
Ichinawa is deliberate. We’ll discuss setting those intentions, building feeling with this style of rope, and we’ll definitely make sure we’ve got time for some tying.
Attendee requirements: it would be useful but not essential to know a single column tie. This is a great workshop to come with a partner you already know.
An introduction to Hypnokink with OCNURB
Hypnokink has been getting more popular over the years. This workshop will be a whistlestop tour introducing some kinky things you can do with hypnosis, tips on exploring it safely, dispelling some myths about it, and offering some demos for the audience to try. If you want to take part in them, please come along with a willing partner – this workshop is both for people interested in doing hypnosis and experiencing it. Given time there will be a Q&A at the end. Hopefully you will leave interested to find out more!
Leather Laboratory with PARKER & SIXX
Do you have leather you don’t know how to repair or care for? Suede that’s stiff and dirty? White leather that needs refreshing? Something that needs glueing? Come to the leather laboratory with it and lets do it together. Take advantage of a wealth of experienced bootblack knowledge and our extensive kits. This is an opportunity to help give your leather a new lease of life and learn at the same time. And if you’re a bootblack this is a great chance to gain more experience with a wider range of leather, restorations and repairs, as well as using products you haven’t used before!
Workshop Stream 3: 15:30-17:00
Rebels Shibari with QUINN KANE
Rebels Shibari is a beginner-to-intermediate-friendly workshop exploring rope as a tool for connection. Come solo! Rope doesn’t have to be rigid, and it definitely doesn’t require a partner. We’ll cover safety, consent and negotiation, emotional awareness, tying trans+ bodies, and navigating the rope world. Through practical, playful, and accessible exercises, you’ll explore foundational techniques, nonlinear tying, and the art of intentional connection.
Expect a trauma-informed, inclusive space with group agreements, optional participation, and room for all bodies. We close with reflection, aftercare tips, and resources. Come curious and leave connected.
Alternate Us with MR CAS NOVA
Want to be the villian? Or the damsel in distress? Or loose yourself in being a pet? We explore different versions of ourselves when we play but how do we become the alternate us? This workshop will delve deep into how we discover, develop and become confident playing with headspaces.
Starting with our familiar personas, thinking about and envisaging new possibilities, together we will use techniques to expand and inhabit these headspaces. Bringing these personas to life, while also talking through safety and self care, you will leave this workshop confident to step into whoever you long to be.

Facial Piercing: Anatomy For Safer Play with CHERRY VELOUR
Ever look at someone’s (or your own) face and think, “That’s great, but it could use more holes”? Hard same. But before you reach for those needles, let’s talk anatomy. The face is full of delicate nerves, arteries, and glands – and unlike other areas, it’s not always obvious what’s safe to poke. I’m not a professional piercer, just a longtime player who’s made some mistakes and done my best to learn. So let’s learn together!
Attendee requirements: If you want to pierce someone else, please bring a partner you know and ideally have pierced before. Participant exercises will not involve facial piercing, but you will come away with the knowledge to do so more safely in private play.

Join the BOUNDLESS class of 2025 under the strict instruction of Principal Pine and Inspector Parker. Be warned though it may be the Prefects O and Delta you have to be more worried about! Find the rules here.
LEATHER LITTLES – SCOUTS
13:30-15:00 (Outside or Social Space)
This is a gentle, creative drop in session led by Parker. You don’t have to be little or a middle to come, though it may be a nice transition if you’ve attended the academy. Come earn your necker: make a leather woggle, light flash cotton without matches, learn a knot.
CREATIVE WAX PLAY
14:00-16:00 (Ruff dungeon)
Join switcx in the immersive wax-play space where you are able to do your own wax play, watch the painting with wax demo or learn about basic techniques. Then join the group play as a top or bottom and become part of a human artwork. Please bring your own candles and drop sheets if you have them, but some will be provided.
DARKROOM & DUNGEON
12:00-15:00 (Top Floor dungeon)
Still hot to go after three days of kink and connection? Enjoy an explicitly trans-affirmative and Queer darkroom at the back of the Top Floor dungeon. Dim light, few words, flirty eye contact. A perfect place for casual make outs, feel ups or hookups. Or take advantage of the fully furnished dungeon for your own private or group play.

Round off the weekend by visiting the nearby Birmingham Bizarre Bizarre. This iconic independent Alternative Lifestyle Market offers three floors of stalls in the recently renovated Nightingale Club and ends with the BBB afterparty. 18:00-22:30. Tickets for the market (11:00-17.00) are £7, and £13 for the afterparty (18:00-22.30). Cash on the door.
